The Hindu is interesting, probably reflecting the skew in which Hindus get to enter the US – wealthy and/or highly educated ones, and I’m sure completely different to their global skew, which would be probably be the other way.

Looks like a should become Hindu (not that I can). Perhaps if I eat at Crossways, that will work instead.
